If you’re looking to get your kiddo involved in something fun, productive and positive; I think it’d be silly to overlook Tiger Rock!

My son joined TR a year ago when we moved to Tallahassee. He came from a different program and was a higher rank. Coach Brad and Coach Jodie both made my son feel welcome and worked with him to adjust to a new program. He is thriving there. … More When a Women’s self defense class was offered, I signed up and love it. Not only am I learning self defense and getting a good work out, I’m also learning martial arts. This is a wonderful program and would recommend it to anyone.
